Lullaby Markets - Terms & Conditions

Stall bookings are on a first come, first served basis and must be booked and paid for in advance.

Stall hire will be £15- £25 depending on the venue. Each stall will include a table, chair and space to display a larger item (baby walker, pushchair etc)

The stall booking fee is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled due to venue closure/weather conditions etc.

Sellers should arrive one hour before, allowing time to set up.

Lullaby Markets is intended for the sale of second-hand and pre-loved maternity, baby, toddler and pre-school items. Toys and baby equipment should comply with British Safety Standards.

As the stall holder, you will be responsible for your own stall and security. Lullaby Markets will not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to items being sold, or personal items.

Lullaby Markets will not accept responsibility for the quality or condition of items purchased.

Lullaby Markets - Safeguarding Policy

At Lullaby Markets, the safety and well-being of all attendees are our highest priority. We are committed to creating a welcoming and secure environment for families and children.

This safeguarding policy outlines the measures we have in place to protect children and vulnerable individuals who participate in or visit our events. It sets out the responsibilities of our team, to ensure that everyone involved is treated with respect, care, and consideration.

This policy applies to:

  • All staff, volunteers, and vendors involved in the baby and toddler market.

  • Attendees, including parents, guardians, and children.

Key Principles

  1. Safety First: The well-being of children and vulnerable individuals is our top priority.

  2. Responsibility: All stakeholders share the responsibility for safeguarding.

  3. Zero Tolerance: We do not tolerate any form of harm, abuse, or neglect.

  4. Confidentiality: Any safeguarding concerns are handled with sensitivity and discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organisers: Ensure that all policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.

  • Volunteers and Vendors: Act responsibly, report concerns, and follow safeguarding procedures.

  • Parents and Guardians: Supervise their children and inform organizers of any concerns.


- Unaccompanied children will not be admitted.

- Children attending a Lullaby Market must be under supervision of their parent or guardian at all times.

- Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times

- Every venue/event will have clear access to fire exits

- Hazards or spillages during the event will be addressed and managed to prevent accidents or injuries. All safeguarding concerns must be reported to event organisers immediately.

Lost or Found Children

If a child is lost, follow these steps:

    • Announce a description of the child without revealing their name.

    • Escort the child to the designated lost child point (entrance/payment desk)

    • Verify the identity of the parent/guardian before reunification.


Monitoring and Review

  • This policy will be reviewed annually or after any significant event.

  • Feedback from attendees, vendors, and staff will be used to improve our safeguarding practices.
